When my wife and I were looking to get a garage built, we researched quite a few companies. And we had no luck, or the company had no time. DDR was very willing to listen to what we were looking for. Right from the beginning, we met with Kevin Kelly who took down all the information on what we were looking for, and the budget we have. Once Kevin took down all the measurements, and took pictures of where the garage will be built. Within two weeks, Kevin brought plans for the garage. Both my wife and I were very pleased with what we saw. A few days after that, we both agreed to the garage that will be built. A week later we received a email from our project manager, Nate Warner. Nate is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to the building part of it. His crew is spot on, top notch. The concrete expert, Kevin Setters are up front if there are any issues. The build started on 12 November 2025, and it’s been non stop. One thing that’s been so good is Nate is always reachable, and he will get back to you, not ignore you. And in this business, that is JOB #1. DDR is a company that is not build it fast, and “thank you”. And to us, it’s the most important thing.

Thanks to Nate our project manager and all the workers that helped build our addition. This company was great to work with, very straight forward from pricing to the build. Nate always stayed in touch so we always knew what step of the project we were on and always answered any question we had. I would recommend them to anyone I know, they do great work. Flash forward a year. DDR has done it again and added a beautiful addition to our home. A master suite with bath and walk in closet and a half bath for our pool area. Again Nate was our project manager and he was amazing. Thanks again Nate and DDR for all that you do.

Added a Sunroom and turned an unfinished basement into an apartment. Distinctive Design did a fantastic job. They were more than willing to work with me when I wanted to change the dimensions of a room because they understand things can change. They kept to their promised schedule and were great to work with. I highly recommend Distinctive Design Remodeling.

It was a pleasure from day one. The sales person was straight forward. He answered all our questions. Justin did a great job keeping us informed as the project manager. He always asked if we had concerns all along the way through the project. Every single person they sent to work on our project was nice, helpful and did a great job.

We got a sun room done this year. Whole project took only 3 months and we cannot talk highly enough about our project manager and her responsiveness to concerns and inquiries. Also no surprise bills throughout the process and no concerns for budget changes was a pleasant surprise. Would recommend them to everyone.

We utilized DDR to build our accessory dwelling unit (ADU). The carriage house is positioned between the main residence and the alleyway with the separation balancing the need for privacy with the convenience of having a multigenerational home. DDR was able to make our vision into a reality by tailoring the build to match our requirements and services to fit our budget. The service our Project Manager, Chris, provided was above our expectations with communication and coordination simplifying the process. The final product is a new structure which architecturally blends in to the aesthetics of the neighborhood. Grandma loves the above garage apartment and extra time with the grandkids, our kids enjoy spending time there after school, and we appreciate the extra help with errands and childcare. DDR was able to customize the build to support the specific needs of an aging adult. They made recommendations and modifications to the stairs reducing the rise of steps and second hand rail. That also changed the entryway to be raised to reduce a possible tripping hazard over the threshold. That level of planning to meet the needs of our family and attention to detail was amazing. I highly recommend using DDR if you are considering building an ADU.

We redesigned a bathroom and closets into a luxury bath/shower and built a large bonus room addition with laundry and storage space. DDR was wonderful to work with--very detail oriented and responsive to requests. Work was completed in the specified timeframe, and we are very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!!

I hired them to design and build an addition on my house for my elderly Dad to live in. They did an exceptional job. It is a beautiful room and looks like it’s an original part of my home. My team leader was Landon and he was awesome. Communicated with me daily and let me know what was going on daily. Would definitely recommend them and will hopefully hire them again on the future.
